I had a horrible experience with having my Intoxalock installed! They disconnected my primary battery and did not reconnect the negative post. So my vehicle was running off the auxiliary battery which drained both batteries within 24 hours. I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership and have both batteries and some fuses replaced. Then I had to go back to the installer to have the device reset. It wasted two days of my life and cost me $1,600. Do not let them send you to Tint World for the installation.
10/10 highly recommend. From the moment I walked in, the owner and staff were extremely pleasant. All having great energy and awesome personalities, which made the process easier to get through. I was a little nervous but they made sure to thoroughly explain everything and even demonstrated exactly how the interlock works. 10’s across the board from me.
