10/10 highly recommend. From the moment I walked in, the owner and staff were extremely pleasant. All having great energy and awesome personalities, which made the process easier to get through. I was a little nervous but they made sure to thoroughly explain everything and even demonstrated exactly how the interlock works. 10’s across the board from me.
My device was installed incorrectly. That resulted in numerous lockouts, recalibration fees and hundreds of dollars in fines. I complained and this center refused to even LOOK at my car. They kept saying it was my 'fault'.. All I had done was to park my car in my garage. TWO MONTHS later, I was referred to another center that found the error and THEY fixed it in 15 minutes. To treat a customer the way they did when the customer has not broken any 'rules' is not excusable. THEY ALSO DOUBLED THE COST OF RECALIBRATIONS AND BECA... read more
