Jaylynn, the Office Clerk is very efficient and supportive to individuals having this IID installed. She provides good information and instruction on the use, care and maintenance of the device. The technicians who install the devices completed the installation neatly. I will take several hours for this process to complete.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience comfortable. Very accommodating, and even got the install done earlier than expected.. i highly recommend them
They were helpful in installation and training to use the Intoxalock unit. They were a bit confused about my out of state requirements. In general they were awesome to work with.
