This company are great scammers. I’m still waiting to be reimbursed now a month later. They are dragging me through different responses while they give the reimbursement on to my account but refuse to send it directly to me so far. I had to get the vehicle towed because their system malfunctioned- Got a whole system swap
WORST COMPANY EVER. I would avoid working with them at all costs. System they installed stopped working they kept trying to avoid a full system replacement so I got three new hand helds in less than 5 days. They confirmed they shipped out a new system since last Thursday in overnight shipping. It’s Monday today and the system has still not been sent correctly. I was not at all satisfied with the installation. Not one person told me my battery could possibly blowout and despite asking the installer he kept gaslighting me saying my battery was old even though I have a newer car and it wasn’t till my mother got involved when they said this can happen with installation and should have been told before installation. So despite paying 400 dollars for the device and installation I still can’t use my car because the battery is completely dead which has added more financial hardship
