Even though there isn't anything positive about having this in your car, when the completion came around I called in and within days the dol had my certificate of compliance and I had the device removed within hours of the letter being received. Only thing is I wish I could have understood what the operators were saying because they definitely had an English barrier, but every now and then I reached someone who was very helpful. The individual at the counter and the technician that did the install and my quick training were great! Even though having to deal with having this device installed on my vehicle, they made the situation a little less of a drag.
We had a bit of a rocky start but well done intoxalock well done they are not break the bank expensive, pretty simple to get recalibrated. Locations everywhere. But really the real reason im changing a 3 star review to a 5 is how the supervisors handled the issue swiftly as soon as it was brought to their attention.
Okay so 3 stars because cartoys intoxilock tech was great should get 5 but because this is asking me to rate intoxalock ignition interlock and they get no stars because I have had nothing but problems. Had the thing installed in my car for 6 months still not able to get my license because they hadn't sent them the necessary paperwork. Had to call multiple times and ask for supervisor. This is the best car toys by far. Fast and customer service friendly. Keep up the good work.Kevin is the best worker there. I can't say that I feel the same way about intoxalock will never tell people to go there. I've paid now 3 times for lock outs for nothing that I did wrong which took money away from my indigent situation already and now I'm in violation for not being able to pay for the bill with my Dol financial hardship given to me I have never seen a discount as I have so many bills to pay for this makes a person who... read more
