i called they told me a price for the installation. when i get to the place where i was going to get it installed i got charged double the amount they had said tried reaching out to the person i spoke with send them am email and i still havent gotten a response you guys suck

A complete joke. Strap in for a wild ride because I couldn't make this bullsh!t up if I tried. Of course it was super easy getting ahold of someone when i needed to sign up and give them money but from there it's been HORRIFIC!!! I was told installation would take 1-2 hours. When I got to my appointment i was told it takes 3 hours. It ended up taking 4 hours so the DOL closed before I could get there due to having to wait twice as long. I was in the dark at first trying to get ahold of a real person to run me through everything would have been nice the 15 minute video was a lot to take in all at once I hope my experience improves with Intoxalock. I’m looking forward to it.
