Okay so 3 stars because cartoys intoxilock tech was great should get 5 but because this is asking me to rate intoxalock ignition interlock and they get no stars because I have had nothing but problems. Had the thing installed in my car for 6 months still not able to get my license because they hadn't sent them the necessary paperwork. Had to call multiple times and ask for supervisor. This is the best car toys by far. Fast and customer service friendly. Keep up the good work.Kevin is the best worker there. I can't say that I feel the same way about intoxalock will never tell people to go there. This company are great scammers. I’m still waiting to be reimbursed now a month later. They are dragging me through different responses while they give the reimbursement on to my account but refuse to send it directly to me so far. I had to get the vehicle towed because their system malfunctioned- Got a whole system swap
