Horn doesn't work after intoxalock was taken out I've tried to reach intoxalock to figure out how we can remedy this but have gotten no response in about a month.
Service technician made sure i had viewed all 8 videos from the website, i assured him i did. He mentioned if you are a permit holder in Illinois-i said i AM NOT, I have a valid DL. He repeated rules as a permit holder, i corrected him AGAIN, emphasizing i have a valid DL. After, my reminder, he became sarcastic toward me, finishing his scripted instructions, saying, "i'm trying to help you".
