Do not recommend customer service is NO good the device is too complicated main thing is customer service you ask a question and they can't answer any you can't get a american on the phone I'd rather take my chances driving with no license

not radio clinic i’m referring to the company who referred me there aka INTOXALOCK. WORST COMPANY EVER! they reached out to me and scammed me into thinking i needed this interlock device when i actually don’t. the TN DMV said it was clearly a scam seeing as how THEY called me. DELVIN told me over and over that i needed it then sent me over to radio clinic to pay $200 then when i finished i was being scammed i called back and all the representatives including the “supervisor” carla literally laughed in my face and basically t... read more
Complete scam. I've been stuck with this thing for almost 2 years because their systems went down or I had bad readings. "Customer service" is a joke.
