Outsources all calls. Terrible customer service. If you have to go with a breathalyzer company don't go with this one. Gave me a faulty piece of equipment, which my service center has told them was faulty and now I am dealing with a broken device. If the quality of the service and product are both bad dont go with the company even if it's the cheapest option
Nobody answers the phone ever. It’s all automated service and the calibration is weeks off from being sent. They slack heavy.
