I would like to give a shout out to Grace in the Intoxalock troubleshooting call center. I think she is in India. Anyway, Grace was very professional & knowledgeable in clearing some bugs in my equipment after a vehicle battery change, even when the Intoxalock technicians at my repair center here in the USA could not figure out what to do. Barely on my third day with device and they already gave me a third violation because I cannot get the inhaling after blowing out part right and so I have to pay a lockout fee of $96....their machine also looks so old for it to be 2025 so I believe it is faulty. They are also very difficult to get a hold and will leave you on hold for 30 minutes.
Intoxalock’s great, everyone should have one to start their car, it’s super convenient and not annoying at all!!
