Disconnected the line to my intake manifold during the install and wanted to charge me $205 to diagnose. Also, tapped into my factory wiring in my engine compartment like a bunch of amateurs and claimed they did it the way it was supposed to. Another approved installer said they would never have done that. I will never bring my car back to this place.
I have been issued an At-Home INTOXALOCK device, and I had a little difficulty providing my first breath sample. On kept blowing as hard as possible while waiting for the LED indicator to switch from stating "blowing" to "inhale" and kept getting a message to blow harder next try. Finally I just gave a big gush of air, than quickly sucked in for a second or two, then blew again, and the device accepted the breath sample no problem.
