I have been issued an At-Home INTOXALOCK device, and I had a little difficulty providing my first breath sample. On kept blowing as hard as possible while waiting for the LED indicator to switch from stating "blowing" to "inhale" and kept getting a message to blow harder next try. Finally I just gave a big gush of air, than quickly sucked in for a second or two, then blew again, and the device accepted the breath sample no problem. The appointment was on a Friday at 11am. By 9am I had confirmed twice with the install shop and Intoxalock that the work order was correct and the payment “was ready to be sent” from Intoxalock. Mind you the vehicle was a 24 Cadillac which the wiring diagram only went up to a 22 year model that did NOT have auto start stop and remote push start (Cadillac app). This is where it gets dicey… the shop then began to test different do of scenarios of sets of wires to creat there own diagram to instal which then took a total 7 hrs ... read more
