Horrible horrible customer service and machines. Ive had nothing but problems with this company. It takes forever to get through to someone on the phone. There has been times where I was on the phone for many hours. Ive had multiple devices stop working and had to go back and forth with getting new devices and sending back old ones. Way too expensive to have their devices.Way to bulky and inconvenient. I had the portable device since I dont drive anymore. My friend has the one in her car and she said it absolutely sucks. Very helpful person scheduled my appointment, but the package was not delivered on time, so I had to reschedule. Unlimited Kustomz installed my device and worked with me on timing of dropping off/picking up my car - I appreciate their help. They also showed me how to use the device - which was different than the directions I was told. I would use Intoxalock again (God forbid I need to) and Unlimited Kustomz has my remmondations in the future.
