Very helpful person scheduled my appointment, but the package was not delivered on time, so I had to reschedule. Unlimited Kustomz installed my device and worked with me on timing of dropping off/picking up my car - I appreciate their help. They also showed me how to use the device - which was different than the directions I was told. I would use Intoxalock again (God forbid I need to) and Unlimited Kustomz has my remmondations in the future.
