The dealership in Fishers I went to was a absolute scam. I took my vehicle in on a Friday afternoon and got it back same day. After the installation parts of my dash and instrument clusters didn't work. So they told me to bring it back on the following Wednesday. The dealership wanted $150 to diagnose the problem which they caused. The dealer then sent me a video basically showing me what didn't work. No kidding that's why I brought it back. Justin helped me install my device and was a pleasure to work with, he was patient and answered all of my questions as well as asnwering my questions days later. He gave me advice and tips on my device as well. I truly appreciated his help.
Installed the required parts without causing any damage and was friendly and helpful explaining instructions. However, after being installed, I was pulled over n given a ticket., however, I was able to get reimbursed some for the ticket.
Kidwell Automotive is great on the calibrations. Easy peasy, take it in, tell the mileage, pay your 20.00 and you're on your way!
