Device malfunction second day. It is currently at the mechanics shop waiting on a new device. Due to holiday I am without a car for 4 days. I am without transportation. ***Update I decided to have device un-installed. After communicating with Daniel at Intoxalock on the phone and through email, he was able to provide me with excellent service and I decided the device was not for me. He was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of.
