They did not have the parts needed for install at the time I arrived for my appointment. I was told the install would take all day. It did not take all day. The install location is an extremely small parking lot and extremely hard to even pull into the business to get off the street. Once the interlock was installed, the device looked very beat up, it malfunctions constantly and gives errors even when you’re performing perfectly. This has already been a horrible experience. I’m not happy at all
Crown Automotive was very professional and polite. They gave me good info on how to use the unit and a very fair price. I would highly recommend them.
They were very nice and not judgmental and explained to me how to use it and made sure I was comfortable
It took 3 1/2 hours to install, but the installer was polite and respectful and did a very good job
My interlock system had not shipped in time. The installation facility was willing to work with me, and leave my vehicle there overnight to have it installed the next day. Considering my part was not there, everything went very smoothly thanks to the installers.
