They were very nice and not judgmental and explained to me how to use it and made sure I was comfortable
It took 3 1/2 hours to install, but the installer was polite and respectful and did a very good job
My interlock system had not shipped in time. The installation facility was willing to work with me, and leave my vehicle there overnight to have it installed the next day. Considering my part was not there, everything went very smoothly thanks to the installers.
