Unbelievably bad at everything besides taking your money, unbearably difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Horribles, extremely dangerous devices asking for blowing while are driving every 5 minutes. Also asking for more money at the next day I installed. EMPLOYEES is front he is so MEAN every time I was asking a question he responded I can’t help watch the video and he was in very bad mood. Don’t recommend this store to anyone.
Car Toys is fine, Intoxalock is a garbage company and so are the employees. Nobody knows how to solve your issue with the device or they just don't want to so they transfer you to another 'department' is what they say but it's just to another employee that's sitting a few cubicles down. And sometimes they'll just hang up on you or pretend they don't understand what you're saying. Oh and the Ignition Interlock device they install is garbage too. They took 9 hours to install. Now the car has a service engine soon light on. I can't hear the beeps.
