Intoxalock is truly the worst company I've ever tried to deal with. I was cleared to have the device removed on March 2, but can't get ahold of them any which way I try. They don't respond to anything I do on the app or the website, and they never answer my call. I've been waiting on the phone over 7 hours. Now they are threatening me with locking my car and having to get it towed because of needing to have the device calibrated.
