I don't recommend it They are very kind when it comes to offering you the product on the first call However, they are not honest, explaining the costs that this includes Once they have your credit card, they will make hidden additional charges that they did not explain to you When you try to call them to look for information about it, they won't attend to you or they won't be nice to you at all

I am updating this review based on the excellent response I received from their Social Media Specialist, Patricia. She reviewed my points, agreed with most all of them and I am being reimbursed for all of my extra, out of pocket expenses. I offered her suggestions on how to improve the standard customer service and unlocking the compliance department to be more interactive with its customers. The inability to speak with the state compliance department caused me extra time, and extra costs. Intoxalock did not request a review and compliance request in a timely fashion because the state said i wasn't eligible until May 27th. This was because Intoxalock did not send any of my reports from my install date of Dec 2023 thru May 2024. My eligible date of removal was March 7 but that didn't occur until May 27th.
