Terrible customer service. Have had to call multiple times since installation for faulty device and have not got anyone that speaks clear understanding English. Driving down the road and retest came up, tried multiple times and it said try again. All of a sudden lockout appears on screen the immediately following was try again and so I did and it went through. Now they are charging me a lockout fee of over $79. Seems to be mostly in hot weather at start up it will say try again multiple times. Have been late to Dr appointmen... read more
