Downtown Sounds is a great facility and easy to work with. The Intoxalock company is not consumer friendly. After they got the first payment I am no longer able to contact them, either by phone or email.I have questions and not able to get answers.Would not recommend this company. After sending a bad review, I got a call from Intoxalock to remedy the situation.
