Expensive, long hold times, constant device errors where the device has drained my battery down to almost dead and then they try to charge me a fee to have the error removed when I am already paying almost $60 biweekly. Constantly charging my battery if its even a little bit cold outside. EDIT: Patricia in customer care made it right and honestly she is the best part of this company. She makes me feel heard and valued and really helped turn around my mood today. Thanks Patricia
