Original appointment at 8:30 a.m. I arrive no equipment, UPS delivery had a delay. I'm told the equipment should be there at any time and to make an appointment for 2:30 p.m. that afternoon. I receive a call at 12:30 and am told that there has been a cancellation and I can come in early for installation. Show up early per their cancellation and then promptly told that the equipment has not yet arrived. Expensive, long hold times, constant device errors where the device has drained my battery down to almost dead and then they try to charge me a fee to have the error removed when I am already paying almost $60 biweekly. Constantly charging my battery if its even a little bit cold outside. EDIT: Patricia in customer care made it right and honestly she is the best part of this company. She makes me feel heard and valued and really helped turn around my mood today. Thanks Patricia
