This company squeezes all the money the can from you. If there where cero stars I would give 0 stars. Customer service is horrible and there is no one you can speak to over the phone unless you choose you are having problems stating the vehicle. You take your car for maintenance, they charge $75.00 more plus you need to take the car to the shop to recalibrate the Interlock. So, many things they come up with in order to charge money...

I have been trying since last Thursday to get an appointment to have an unit removed for a friend and can’t seem to get help either by phone or online. However the money for removal was already taken from his account. Really messed up
