The Technician was very knowledgeable. Very good at explaining how to use the device and best ways to make sure everything works well.
Horrible Experience! Customer Service (lack of) held up my Completion of Contract for over a year and a half after I completed my year! Nobody returns any calls, emails, paperwork trail...Do Not Use Intoxalock!!
