I initially spoke with Intoxalock in November following a DWI for which I was ordered to install an ignition interlock on my vehicle. I researched various companies and chose SMART START. Since that time I have been literally INUNDATED with solicitation letters in the mail, at least 4 or 5 per week. I have repeatedly called and requested the letters stop, to no avail.
