So no matter what I do. Intoxalock refuses to budge on anything to help me get my car fixed. A lot of mechanics simply cannot fix a car That they cannot crank up. Why can’t I take the wiring off until my car is fixed mom not breaking the law. I’m not driving because that is my only car. I am stuck and no one will help me what am I supposed to do.
I feel like this company does not want me to do I have been having car trouble. Wasn’t sure if it was battery or alternator. Took my car to have it checked and was told I need a new battery. I replaced battery on the spot. Apparently my alternator was also bad but I had 7 hours to take my car To Service center or I would be in a Lockout and not able to drive my car at all. I haven’t had a drop of alcohol since this system was installed. A week ago after I got off work at 10pm. This system went off and violated me saying alcohol detected. That’s wrong and a lie. And I can’t get anyone to credit the charge the violation gave me. This is so wrong
