The service was friendly and good. However the device does not seem to power up right away, and takes along time just to get to the warm up stage. What can I do to improve this device, could it be defective?
Really nice guy. No judgement, and he was quick and thorough.
They did my calibration 1 time and it was all down hill from there. Was told later that bad calibrations can cause exactly the problems I had to face. And they charged $300 for a battery without a courtesy call to ask if I wanted them to do that. I am sure they might be okay people… but they should be FAR from your go to place
