I was trying to get a answer to a lockout so I called customer service. The man hung the phone up in my face before telling me the cause of the lockout. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone but since I have to have the device I can only take the good with the bad. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...
Absolute nightmare. This company is worse than AT&T.
