I have made 3 trips from Texas to TN trying to get the work done on my truck. the first time was no fault of the shop, as more work was needed and parts needed to be ordered. The second time, one of the needed parts was missing, and the work was not able to be completed, shop's fault. The third time, I texted asking for a Sun appointment, and they told me it was fine.
