VERY POOR COMMUNICATION!!! Difficult to get through, hard to understand and when you go to the online account, not helpful for tasks that you would think would be simple.

In the winter, you have to freeze in your car while the box has to warm up, and once that's done, then still sit and freeze while the car has to warm up to defrost all the windows so you can't use remote start to let car warm up. 2.
