All around excellent.
Never been to this particular shop before, but the customer service, friendly staff and quality install while making sure to not damage my vehicle was top notch!
Absolutely horrible customer service from intoxalock. Can't speak to anyone in the United States. Csr are untrained and give wrong information. Unit installed was defective took over 3 hours on phone to get service approved and sent to center. God help us the next 11 months. Data security issues. Not much communication Hombakers is awesome
