Very nice and easy to work with.
Absolutely horrible customer service from intoxalock. Can't speak to anyone in the United States. Csr are untrained and give wrong information. Unit installed was defective took over 3 hours on phone to get service approved and sent to center. God help us the next 11 months. Hombakers is awesome
