Damian is a great guy. I complained and complained to Intoxalock about all my violations weren’t because I was at fault and Damian suggested to Intoxalock to switch out the hand held unit. No more violations period! All violations payments I made were refunded. Thank you Damian!
My mom got her interlock device which looks like it's from 1970. My girlfriend drives her home from this place and they stall 3 minutes in. She blows and fail. My girlfriend blows and fails (neither obviously drinking). They keep trying maybe 20 minutes and finally it passes. About ten minutes later, same exact occurrence. Today I jumped in my truck, had to blow to get it started, all good. On my very first retest which is approximately five minutes after the first test. I failed the test and after waiting the 3 minutes, retesting, I passed. When I go to turn off the truck I’m in a lockout again! This is the 2nd time this has happened!
