I don't have any complaints. All staff members have been professional and respectful. Clean unit, and bug free. I would recommend to another person seeking short, or long term residence.
The website only advertises “premium” or “upgraded “ rooms. I booked and arrived and not only do the NOT have premium or upgraded rooms, it’s clear no care was taken to maintain the rooms. The stench, the furniture falling apart, TV’s not working. It was filthy and old.
This is by far the worst place I e ever been to, bed bugs, roaches and body lice are all runnimg rampant at this horrible excuse for a hotel. I woke up every morning with bites all over me, finally I did a telehealth appt to confirm the bites as well as the bugs.CONFIRMED!! Told the manager and the maintenance man immediately came and confirmed by taring my room apart . They refused to give me a different room, or a refund, they wouldn't even give me clean sheets. I have been a guest at inn Towne suites located at 5055Highway 6north for close to a year now and the employees are like family now .The maintance man fixes things promptly where we are comfortable in our rooms very nice patient fella the property attendant has a good attitude and the managers now treat us like family keep up the good work
