In town suite in Arlington texas oak village i had very situation @ this location the manager was very wrong on what he did He doesn’t want anyone to question what he does right or wrong last Tuesday i was locked out of my room for no good reason except the manager made a mistake and don’t want to own it

I had a reservation at this location from March 2 to March 6 of 2019 my room was completely dirty Upon walking in the room there was an overwhelming odor of cigarettes smokes pots and stains everywhere on beds and carpet walls were filthy bathroom Completely unsanitary cigarette ashes everywhere dead roaches under the sink and roaches all over the sink dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets Me and my party did not lay our heads in that room after we seen the roaches we completely packed are things and left immediately but Unf... read more

Did not even stay 1 night. One towel, no bath soap, no deadbolt, one available electrical outlet. Unsavory fellow "guests". Will never attempt to stay at another one anywhere. Could not get refund for unused nights.

My experience began when I was left homeless with a 2 yr.old because they double-booked, and i was "Early" getting there, but told my room was gone, and there were no more, so I had to go to another in town, which coated "Double", what I was quoted when I booked. Instead of making "Good" on a Reservation I made,...they left me high & Dry with a 2yr old, and we ended up having to go to a nasty shelter with addicts and prostitutes, I will never go to them again. They don't care. I know, because I spoke with them.
