Comfortable, quiet, clean
Pay Attention To This If you are an out of town business customer. Booked a room in advance through their website. After traveling 8 hours, got there and there was no attendant to check me in during office hours. Called the attendant no answer. Called customer service told it could take them 3 days for a refund. Side note the area is sketchy and there are drug addicts everywhere. In a way, everything happens for a reason because as a woman I would not have felt safe there anyways.
The room looks nothing like the pictures online!...old furniture,beds extremely uncomfortable,cigarette burns on bathroom sink,bugs in the room...we stayed there one night,the following morning they asked us to get up out of our sleep so they could spray for bugs!... DON'T NOT COME TO INTOWN SUITES!
Stayed here in 2008 before moving to Philadelphia. Now I’m back and this is definitely my place to stay. Staff is friendly and rooms were remodeled and beautiful. The price is well worth it.
