Stayed here almost a week. For $199 I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal. No daily maid service for instance but today the property manager gave me a tongue lashing for my room not being clean. I have bad back which makes it hard to pick things up but I haven’t had any complaints at previous hotels I’ve stayed at and had multiple visits at. I was planning on staying another week but after being humiliated I left before my last night was up. Actual hotel is ok but it needs someone with customer service skills .
This is the worst place to stay, the manager and the receptionist and the maintenance are the worst they do not care about the guest here in Valdosta Georgia on baytree Rd. The manager and nd head maintenance guy are rude as hell, if go to them about a problem guest they don't do anything but tell you if you don't like it or want to put up with it then go somewhere else. This is a zero star extended stay known to man.
