I’ve been here a short time but the room has what I need with a slight modern feel to it. Check in was super easy and fast!
2 star hotel? More like 1 star. The room was not usable due to how noisy it was. I genuinely couldn't sleep at night because the upstairs was loud and couldn't work during the day because the room next door was BLASTING Sesame Street. The smoke smell in bathroom in our non-smoking room was so bad that I couldn't shower. Room also had a lot of little defects (dents in floor, scratched furniture, mystery white stain on chair, etc) that further detracted from the experience. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke and there is noise at all times of day, even night so you will have difficulty sleeping! No refund policy as well that they don't show you until after you sign, be careful!
Words cannot describe the love I have for this place! The location is 10/10, every major store and restaurant you could possibly need is closeby. The employees here are 50/10, they all go above and beyond to ensure the maximum comfort, cleanliness, and satisfaction for your stay, we have been here for about 2.5 weeks and I look forward to the days we have the employees clean up and do repairs as they are so fun to talk to (and they love our two little babies!), finally, the cleanliness of the rooms is unmatched.
