I’ve seen the reviews but I totally disagree my room is very clean not smelly I have a broken chair the manager she ordered me one !!I haven’t had any problems no people hanging out in front of my door no one is bothering me a good night sleep a clean place to live I want to thank the manager for a safe clean convenient place for my temporary stay and you have to come to the place before you judge because some people are just angry and bitter and they also have strict policy and that’s what I love about the highland location... read more

I'm seeing in these reviews a lot of apologies and we will make this right responses however no action as I have experienced just today the same thing others have experienced going to this establishment.
