I'm seeing in these reviews a lot of apologies and we will make this right responses however no action as I have experienced just today the same thing others have experienced going to this establishment. I stayed here for 2 weeks, checking out is 11am even though everything they send you says 12. I didn't get any towels. I had to provide my own. Housekeeping was suppose to come on Tuesday to change sheets only but they never came. They stated I couldn't get my deposit back because I left items in the fridge and a sealed trash bag, Hello it's a hotel people leave trash all the time. I didn't damage anything. My experience at this location was disappointing. The customer service provided by the women who manage the office was unprofessional and, at times, disrespectful. Communication often felt discourteous, and I did not feel that guests were treated with the dignity or respect they deserve. the property is conveniently located within walking distance of nearby stores, the overall atmosphere and service quality left much to be desired.
