I am currently staying at the Virginia Beach location and Mr. Darnell and staff have been just amazingly nice and helpful. I got here and although I read some not so positive reviews before my stay, I have to say I have had no issues. The cleaning staff is amazing, my room was clean and bug free, and I have been met with nothing but hospitable service since arriving. I am glad I chose to stay here in spite of negative reviews.
The management is very respectful and nice but the property is Very dirty. G.E.T.T.O. I've taken videos of cleaning lady going through all my things and using my face towel and toothbrush on shower and toilet later on in my stay. After first getting the room she tells me they don't clean our rooms before we get them she just sprucen them up a little and it's our job to clean the room. First day remind you and she always had a tenant from another room following her around gossiping and smoking in my room. Sad to say the showe... read more

Mr. Travis is AMAZING!!!!! He made sure my belongings got to me. Thank you so much. His boss Ms. Angela is also VERY Amazing! She has trained the staff here to do what they are supposed to do! Anytime I speak to her she is very reassuring. I give this location 10/10. Thank you staff for keeping us safe and up to date!
