A very nice young man initially checked us in. We were put in a smoking room/floor, unknowingly when I reserved a room online. Ended up staying in that room for almost a month since I was told there were no non smoking rooms available. The room was not as clean as it should have been. I wasn't made aware there was a linen fee when checking in and was threatened with extra fees and bad attitude when returning dirty linens for clean ones after every third day by the two ladies working in the front office. The staff is nice but the room is not. We had to tell them multiple times about bugs before they even tried doing anything and even then they still didn’t even do much of anything. The problem still persist. They are not doing anything about it no matter how many times we tell them.

The wifi never works properly. My maintenance request has been over a week since I submitted it, and nothing has been done. There's trash and beer bottles on the grass all over the property (especially in the back) and the trash disposal area is disgusting.
