You get no service. Was gave 2 towels and 2 wash rags for our week stay. Only clean the room on mondays. Mattress sunk in on one side. Will not stay here again.
I had to wait a few hours before the room was ready. Other than that, my second experience with I.T.S. has been good. I really appreciate their affordability and full-size kitchen and bathroom. I definitely recommend this hotel to others, if the topic arises.
this place sucks the house keeping will lie to the manager if you ask any king of questions and they will bar you from extending your stay
