If a Prison and a Hotel had a child, it would be Intown Suites. The guard there harrasses guests. The night security is rude and unprofessional. This guy was following me around asking, "Are you a grown man?" The on-site guard will hide while talking all this smack. The guard lives on-site and really has nothing better to do than harrass guests. All these locations are corporate; this says something about the company as a whole. This place was good they do not supply any kitchen utensils. They only supply sheets towels, soap and toilet paper. If you know this before you arrive then it doesn't matter. The suit was clean and well maintained everything worked as it should the TV was great with loads of channels. It worked well for my needs.
Great place to stay for the long term stays. I travel for work and have stayed in multiple long term stay hotels. I've been here for a couple months and everyone is very friendly and if there's an issue they deal with it quickly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in. I wish all the long term stay hotels were like this. I have stayed in both the traditional and the premium rooms. Yuck. Rooms stink like musk. Towels are stained and with holes. Floors are dirty. I did go to Target to buy a sheet set and fresh towels. Room cleaning really doesn't exist. They expect you to wash their towels yourself. If you fall in the trap of nasty, I feel for you. Because you are billed before the "rules" are told to you. We had a good experience here. Booking was easy. The staff onsite were helpful. Several guests we met were repeat customers.
