They stole from us making my son to leave the room over 800 dollars of items and cash the next week they broke my camera so there were no witnesses so if you have valuable and they like they will cover staff and threaten you to leave and no refund
This is a GREAT InTown suites location! The front desk Lady is so kind and understanding. The location is very clean! The bed is comfortable. If you plan on staying awhile don't forget to bring pots and dishes. I will plan on staying here on extended stays in Tucson!
I paid 1800.00 for a month and told i need to wash my towel and buy toilet paper because I only have 1 roll for the month. We will lightly clean your room. It's ridiculous that you pay 1800.00 and you cant get toilet paper or clean towels. Motel 6 will give you toilet paper and towel for less. This place sucks and they lock you in and cant move till your month is done
Everything was very clean and quiet. The staff were polite and nice. Only thing I would recommend is to upgrade on the AC units. Mine didn't work very good.
Notice all the fake reviews from empty Google accounts. If a Prison and a Hotel had a child, it would be Intown Suites. The guard there harrasses guests. The night security is rude and unprofessional. This guy was following me around asking, "Are you a grown man?" The on-site guard will hide while talking all this smack. The guard lives on-site and really has nothing better to do than harrass guests. All these locations are corporate; this says something about the company as a whole.
