If I ever wondered what it was like to live in poverty or to be treated like a third-class citizen (I haven't) now I know. First, let me commend housekeeping and management, particularly Jonathan Metzendorf, for their work. The members of the maintenance staff have a work ethic, that, shall I say, needs improvement. wanted to let you know that my stay was very pleasant. This suite was very well kept and people where very pleasant and helpful. Felt very safe. Good Job and thank you too all employees at this location.
This is quite possibly one of the worst places ever. My husband and I have been living here for quite some time, and if we could afford to pick up and move we'd have been gone long ago. The bed in our room has springs poking through the top of the mattress which they have yet to replace (though we've been asking them to for 3 months), the smoke detector doesn't work (it hasn't since January), there are gaps under the door jamb in our bathroom where cockroaches crawl out of (and we can't get them to caulk it up).
