Just wanted to point out your reservation was 10 days after 4000 homes were destroyed less than 30 miles away in Moore, maybe, just maybe the hotel was full due to this?
Made a reservation on Tuesday May 28 to arrive Friday May 31. Wednesday received a nice email that there were 2 days to go to check-in. Thursday received an email reminder that tomorrow (Friday) was check-in day. Arrived Friday to check in.... Was told: "Sorry, we don't have any rooms. Our reservations are not guaranteed".
