The reason for my car getting towed was my fault. The employee who unlocked the gate Chris was cool about everything. Overall communication was horrible. No one answered the phone and there is no voicemail. The address is wrong its 33 Rigby Rd in South Portland. No itemized receipt was given and they only accepted CASH as tender. My car got towed at 1:30am. I picked it up at 9:30am same day and paid $200. No hours were given to pickup the receipt later. Bad look for Forest Avenue Plaza having this company deal with parking.
One call does it all ….. quick response, reliable service, dependable communication.

Horrible service, sketchy guy, asked for more money than he was supposed to get. This place shouldn't exist.
