Intown is great overall. The core team is so pleasant to work with--Andrea, Gabrielle, Ben, Russ, Marcelo were all so incredibly kind and willing to try to make anything we wanted possible. They are also pretty quick to begin work and once it starts, the pace is swift. There were some little hiccups with the construction crew and installing our doors but Intown would come back however many times they needed to to make sure it was finally fixed. Intown Craftsmen provided an amazing deck building experience for us. They were incredibly attentive to all of our requests and specifications, bigger or small. The outcome is spectacular.
Intown Craftsmen did a great job giving our garage and pre-fab storage shed a much needed refresh---repairing roofs, replacing siding, adding interior finishes, new doors, painting...very communicative and manage projects well. Recommend for significant improvements having a design professional provide drawings and permitting services, but Intown can certainly price and implement your project well.
Intown Craftsmen did a wonderful job with our basement! They guided us through the process and were easy to communicate with the whole time, even late at night when I actually had time to think and make decisions. We will definitely be using them for future home renovations.
We're very pleased with the quality of Intown Craftsmen's work. We'd hired them for some exterior carpentry repairs and repainting, including our porch and carport. Their communication was excellent throughout. The estimate process was easy; the process allowed for questions, clarifications, and revisions.
