We had Intown Craftsmen come out to remodel our bathrooms last October. Russ came out and made a good impression on us so we chose Intown over the others and were very pleased we did. Our new bathrooms really look fantastic and, while it is such a hassle remodeling no matter who does the work, we are super glad to have the results we have. No upselling or other pushy sales tactics! Just solid professional advice based on decades of experience. They actually recommended that no work was necessary for one of our inquiries, which was the right answer but obviously doesn’t make them any money. That’s called integrity!! Not to mention the team that came for our consult were super warm and friendly and they’re all dog people to boot!
Drea was so wonderful! I could not be happier with the end results on my bathroom. The crew, team and everyone I worked with was wonderful. Cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely stunning results.
We recently hired Intown Craftmen to completely renovate our primary bathroom and we are very happy with the results. They took our bathroom from looking early 2000s blah to very modern and spa-like. Very professional. Project manager and crew were patient and kind as we worked through a rebuild of a huge oak tree destroying our upstairs. Their experience with the city permit people and insurance company was a great benefit.
