5/15/2026: Repeat customer. Recent project update: In preparation for upcoming work in my basement, Intown Craftsmen demoed the basement by removing all of drywall on the walls and ceiling plus demoed the bathroom and ripped out the carpet. I was able to hand over the keys so Intown could come in while I was out of time. Intown is professional, reliable and trustworthy - all important qualities for a remodeler. We added a deck and screened in porch to the back of our house and intown craftsmen did an amazing job! They were easy to work with and the project turned out beautiful! Edit to add: they have now updated our kitchen and bathroom. Everything is still beautiful and the project was completed early! Would absolutely use them again!
Intown Craftsmen did really beautiful work for us. Our old house needed a whole new bathroom, and they fixed it up from the floor joists up. When something was out of stock they were helpful in choosing alternatives (that may better than what I had chosen in the first place). They were fast to answer questions, communicative, and years after the remodel was done they have been responsive for small fixes under warranty.
We have used Intown on multiple occasions and have been very pleased with the finished product each time. The whole team genuinely cares about delivering a great experience and we have been the beneficiaries of that care. We will continue to use Intown for our most important renovation projects. Reasonable pricing, excellent customer service, and they won’t give up on the job until you’re fully satisfied with their work.
