No upselling or other pushy sales tactics! Just solid professional advice based on decades of experience. They actually recommended that no work was necessary for one of our inquiries, which was the right answer but obviously doesn’t make them any money. That’s called integrity!! Not to mention the team that came for our consult were super warm and friendly and they’re all dog people to boot!

We recently hired Intown Craftmen to completely renovate our primary bathroom and we are very happy with the results. They took our bathroom from looking early 2000s blah to very modern and spa-like. Very professional. Project manager and crew were patient and kind as we worked through a rebuild of a huge oak tree destroying our upstairs. Their experience with the city permit people and insurance company was a great benefit.
Intown Craftsmen did ceiling repair and replacement in our house that is nearing 100 years old. The age is important because that meant that they had to tear out popcorn plaster, wood slat, ceilings, which they replaced with sheetrock. They did an Excellent job. The first day they taped plastic over our walls from floor to ceiling, and covered every inch of flooring with paper, which significantly cut down on the expected dust from this project to an almost non-existent level.
