Popped in to get my tires checked before a trip and Brian stopped right away to check all four tires, add air and make sure I was safe. I just found my new auto repair shop! Thanks so much for the hospitality.
Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. They kept my car far longer than expected, and when I called to check on the status, I was met with a rude attitude. When I finally got my vehicle back, I noticed they had added more than 80 miles to it. I’m relieved to have since found a trustworthy mechanic who takes the time to explain any concerns and treats customers with respect.
Horrible service!!!- Made an 8am appointment to get an oil change. I show up early and wait for the shop to open, but the shop did not honor my appointment. They treated me like a walk in and said they will fit me in in the afternoon. I leave my car there, pay for a LYFT to get home, and I never get a follow up call from the shop. I call them after 2pm, literally 17 times, and leave a message. Not one follow up call from them. I finally get my car after hours and they park my car in the mud behind the shop. I've been coming to Brian and Intown for 16 years, and my wife has been a customer much longer than that. It is the perfect small-town garage. They are fair and honest; flexible and kind; smart and thoughtful. The place feels like Mayberry, and it operates like you would expect. The front desk is casual and often unattended, so don't expect to airways have immediacy, but do know that once you engage with Brian, you'll have his 100% attention. Everyone should be so lucky as to have a garage like Intown.
Learned the hard way (have to get a complete overhaul on my CV Axels and brakes which were previously installed here)
