Made an appointment for the morning for a tire plug to fix a flat and an oil change. I waited over 2 hours and they never even looked at my car. If you expect them to honor appointment times, don't bother. I took it around the corner to K & W Tire and they were able to get it done in 20 mins.
A+ Customer service. While in Decatur, GA recently on a trip, we required service on our 2017 Equinox. Made an appointment and the repairs were promptly attended to. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
This is the only place I like to take my car to.
They get the job done. Might be higher priced but reliable.
