Shocked to find out business had been sold. An email detailing this would have helped. Person in back office knew nothing about me. Saw that I was being filmed. If that happens again, I will walk out.
The team at Hear Right Canada in Barrie are very informative and caring.

The front desk was very welcoming. The audiologist however rarely made eye contact ($80 for a q-tip swipe of each ear) and made my daughter feel as though she was wrong to feel her ear was full.
I phoned InTouch Hearing - Audiology & Hearing Aid Centre at 1:26 pm today , spoke to a woman for ten minutes gave her all my information, an appointment was booked for November 22/2024 @ 2:00 pm . I was asked if I had an agents name at NIHB , I said no and gave a contact number . Which I provided .
