Very poor place to work as a welder, nothing is organized, very poor leadership. Your day consists of doing rework from others and other shifts, nothing ever fits into the unit its self, everything is bent wrong or poorly managed from other part distributors. The pay is very poor for the typ of work you do. If you need help dont bother in asking because you simply cant find the right people to fix anything for you, your team lead will be in the bathroom all day or no where to be found. Simply a poor place to work as a welder
As a employee of IntoMetal, Randy and Debbie Kinney are two very fine people and run a very respectful business. I would not go elsewhere to do business. They have so much to offer when it comes to metal fabrication. From welding, metal brak, laser cutting, powder coating and so much more. So take time, have a peek, take a tour of there business .
