We have multiple items from Into the West but our favorite is our new wooden/linen king size bed frame and mattress! Not only was it a breeze to order and pick out (the McDonald's are SO helpful in making sure you are getting the right items for your home) but it was delivered and set up with no hassle, the guys moved it in with ease and were SO nice and friendly! We love Into the West and LOVE our furniture and the family own business aspect :) two thumps WAY up!
Just bought a unique one of a kind rosewood hand carved trunk coffee table for my living room at their Main Street store in Ft Worth. Also purchased a beautiful blonde cowhide rug to go under that awesome coffee table at the ft Worth stock show. This store is friggin awesome. The customer service is like no other. They spent so much time with me and never blinked an eye. They wanted to be sure that what I purchased would be my dream living room. Thank you Megan!!!!!
This is the most wonderful experience I have had in purchasing Furniture for my house. Natalie was so helpful and willing to work with me as I couldn’t make up my mind. She asked me questions to get an idea for my style and then began showing me things that matched. Not only did I buy furniture from Into the West but I purchased multiple accessories that Natalie paired with it to create a look that was from a model home.
