We went in for their "store closing" sale they seem to have pretty often. The service we got wasn't horrible but wasn't great. Everything seems to be a bit overpriced in my opinion, however we did settle on a bed frame and dresser. Put in the order and was told to wait several weeks for it to be sent to the store so we could pick up. Into the West has become our go to store!! We absolutely love the new addition to our breakfast area!!! They took our ideas and created this gorgeous piece!! Even when I couldn’t picture it all together!! It is evident they take pride in their detailed work and have outdone themselves😁💙We waited about 10 weeks, but in the end... it was well worth the wait!! Thank you!!!

I ordered a custom bed and night stands - same dark color as the one in the store but with natural Copper. They came in very light, they reordered , came in wrong again. This time they took them to their warehouse where they were to strip and restain. They spray painted the furniture, even painted right over the hinges - again the wrong color.
