I am writing to commend Jon who works in the billing department. My husband called him regarding insurance questions and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He didnt know the answer to one of my husband's questions about coverage but he called the insurance company and called back within an hour with the answer. Jon knows his field and obviously likes his job which made a stressful situation a lot easier for us.
