For a treatment centre that acts like a glorified frat house full of mocking and harassment. This is a wonderful place to be a part of <3 I'm so glad I opted out of going here. The other facilities seem great but it aint always what it seems <3

Our family had a very disappointing and painful experience with Into Action Rehab in Burnaby . We trusted them with our 20-year-old son’s recovery, after being promised a highly structured 45-day program with discipline, routine, no free access to phone/internet, daily therapy, and strong supervision. Unfortunately, none of these promises were kept. There was little to no structure or discipline. I've been here since April./2025. Into Actio has been the definite facilitating organization in my recovery. I'm moving on to second stage with the same society. It's a real program. Not for slackers. Thank you for my sobriety!

The brotherhood here is amazing! This is not only a place to find a way to stay sober it's also another family of people who care about you and love you. The fact that, if you 'slip' or 'fall' back into using after leaving, guys are welcomed back, with open arms, as quickly as they want or need to come back. This is pretty much unheard of in this area and beautiful to see nowadays. I learned a lot in my short time here and will forever be grateful for my experience, thank you Into Action Recovery!
