Intimate Altar Wellness has truly been a blessing in my life. Truly has helped me in my walk with Christ. It has shine the light on the why and how I create some challenging obstacles in my life. I have learned breathing techniques, self awareness, overcome defeating thoughts. The PAUSE method has been a life charger. I am so thankful for Dr Sherman and all she provides to help me become a better ME! Thank you so much!!
This is an absolute amazing wellness experience! Dr Sherman and her staff have provided psychologically safe environments for all her clients. Before the program I am on started Coach Corpreale called me and welcomed me to the program. It was really mice to have a pre introduction to the program and have a coach to help navigate certain waters until the program started in August.
