Loved my class at Intice Pole Studio! The instructor Nicole was amazing—supportive, fun, and made everyone feel comfortable. The space is clean and welcoming, and the energy in the room was so empowering. I’ll definitely be back! -Elle

Great Studio wonderful instructors not super expensive like other ones who want to charge you $100 per class the studio itself is absolutely gorgeous love this location

I have been coming here for a little over a year on and off! Every instructor is so amazing and takes time to teach you. This is hard but so fun! I appreciate how clean it is and how welcoming everyone has been. The best places in the bay to learn!

I haven’t had a bad experience with a single instructor here but feel like I really need to shout out Layla. She is a great teacher and I feel like my skills have improved ten fold after taking only a few classes!!
