These guys are horrible. They don't show up on time. Their maintenance crew supposed to maintain my lobby metal every month. They spend literally 30 minutes. The owner has scheduling and organizational problems. They have been thrown out of my building a year ago. They still send me invoices. I called and asked them to stop sending me invoices. Instead of saying sorry he gave me an attitude. He hasn't served my property for over a year and still thinks that the contract is in place... My advice is, stay away from them. !!! T... read more
