We had a wonderful experience with Intex. They did a full remodel of our pool and were timely and incredibly professional. We had an issue about 6 months later with our pool cover and they replaced it quickly. Could not recommend more.
I have worked with a number of pool companies since I've owned a pool and none have come close to the professionalism, service and knowledge that Intex Design has shown us in the last few years. I highly recommend to all of you having your own poolat home as well.

Intex Design and Construction built my pool in 2022, and the problems never cease. The latest is that I discovered they put in the wrong heater and equipment (a Jandy 400N as opposed to a 400NN) causing metal corrosion and staining (see picts). In the OC office (the only one still open) they try and claim that they have nothing to do with Intex in the valley, yet at the time of my deal, the principals - both Mr's Eshragi - are on the business license for both companies. This was not an easy project and that’s exactly why we’re so impressed. He stepped in to fix a very poorly done job from a previous contractor and somehow turned it into something better than we ever imagined. Saeid didn’t just redo the work he re-envisioned it. Using parts of the original shell, he dug in , corrected everything structurally, and brought his own creative vision to life.
