Friendly, efficient service. Been a customer for three years, three different vehicles.
I have to not recommend this buisness, do to a recent experience with them. I went in to have a balance possibly an alignment done as the car shook really bad after about 50mph. After waiting the tech. came out stating that the rear rims where bent and could use being replaced. So I ended up going through my work and purchased a new set wheels(was cheaper with my discount). My wife picked up a screw in the rear tire of our CR-V. Removed the tire and ran it up to Tire Factory by 5pm the guys repaired the tire and installed it before Closing (5:30). Great job 👍
You guys are awesome. I picked up my tire that you repaired, anticipating that I would put it back on my car this weekend. The gentleman that helped me find my tire put it back on my car and put away my spare in no time at all. Without an appointment. Thank you so much for awesome customer service!!
I highly recommend these guys!! I’ve worked with them a few times now and each time they are fast paced, so respectful and all about making sure you are taken care of!
After another tire shop told me my tire was not repairable, Interwest examined it, fixed it mounted it, and had me on my way. It was a factory tire, they still wouldn’t let me pay. Everyone was so friendly and even though they were humming with business, took the time to make me feel like a wanted customer. It worked, I will only buy tires from Interwest. Great customer service!
I recently purchased new tires here. During the install they found one of the tires was not the same as the other three. Unfortunately they did not have any more in stock so they called and told me what was going on. They offered to change brands and charge me the same price as the first brand I was getting. Amazing experience and a great way to take care of the customer. I will be using Interwest exclusively for all of the services they can provide for our vehicles and camper.
I'm forever grateful that I went here. THE guys here had me on the road home in no time as safe as could be. bless you all
